Thomas Hobbes, that funny fellow

In Uncategorized on May 10, 2016 at 5:00 am

Thomas Hobbes* said that life is nasty, brutish and short. He could have been speaking of my story, “Serial Killer Blues,” appearing in the most recent edition (volume 14) of ‘The Literary Hatchet‘. (Click on the link on the left to download the whole edition for free.) The editorial process for the story on the other hand was far from brutish, though it was very quick. This is my most recently written story, and was accepted quickly, so I need to get my act together and write some more. I hope that you … enjoy it.

*(What would he know, he lived to 91. But then again, he was speaking of life in a state of nature, thereby proving himself to be a most unnatural fellow. I look forward to a graphic novel starring Thomas Hobbes, immortal beast and detective.)
